I'm going to experiment with an 8 week cycle of YK11 @ 10mg daily soon. Will stop taking CJC 1295 soon as it's the most expensive thing in my stack.

Curcumin -2 pills/d (curcurouge-special bioavailability) (anti inflammation)
Zinc picolinate 4x 15mg/d
Bromelain 1x per day ( debloats face/anti inflammation)
Finasteride (0.25 mg per day/low dose)
Melanotan 1 (melanotan is not melatonin) - 0.25mg 1x per week (tanning/anti inflammation)


What I want to include is (Yams root for increasing progesterone)
and special live probiotics with 33 differnet cultures.

Foods that I use as a supplent are organci mixed celery juice hydrates and is anti inflammatory and organic red grapes full of resveratrol and elleagic acid, debloates the face and is anti aging.

Why is your stack heavily counted as "anti inflammatory"?


Reason behind increasing Progesterone? My guess is to minimize Fins sides?

Advice: take magnesium, since you supplement with D3.

I think you should supplement only Omega 3, too much 6/9 can cause issues.

I would add:
R-Lipoic acid
Omega 3 good quality (high EPA) - Cheap omega3 is shit -
NAC
Vit C

All is anti inflammatory
 
Liposomal vit C
Vitamin D
ECA
Beta-carotene
(during body fat cut, also green tea phytosome by Thorne Research)

I simplified the routine over the years. Most nutrients are best gotten from fresh foods.

Synephrine in a daily stack is also great for fat burning but is banned in several countries so not an option for everyone.

I don't believe in Omega 3 supps anymore. I just eat salmon instead.
The way even the premium pills are produced is problematic and leads to rancid oil and nutrition loss, contaminants etc.

What's the potassium is for?
The potassium is mainly there because it’s one of the main minerals I don’t get enough of in my current diet. It’s also quite good for debloating.

I think you should supplement only Omega 3, too much 6/9 can cause issues.
My diet Balances it out.
