I have 21.5" bideltoid and 12" waist which is pretty much god-tier frame at my level of training. My wrists are 6.5"-7".

Yes, but your wrists tell how much mass you can put on your hands maximally, tell how good you will look and tell how strong your arms (at least) are/how big your strenght potential.

I just measured it. I have 6.3" wrists. 8.1" ankles. I always felt like I had tiny wrists and ankles, and this confirms it. But the size of my wrists and ankles aren't the problem, my face is. More specifically, my nose. If I had a normal nose, I'd be normie-tier in terms of looks.
