I don’t do any cardio at all and all of my workouts are low rep heavy height (6 reps max) I intermittent fast from when I wake up until 3pm and the only diet I do is make sure I eat my bw in protein and only eat carbs 30 min before I go to the gym I don’t track my calories or anything I just trust my instincts. I’ve been doing this and have been able to lean out while still getting stronger i’m 170 pounds rn and my bench is 250 and climbing. I also take 7 mg creatine daily.What's your routine / diet OP?
Also are you building muscle? Feels ducking impossible to build muscle and cardio max same time without being a fitness freak.
