protruding lower lip on extraction braces cels?

after removing perma retainer, im gonna try to pull upper maxilla forward, almost creating a chimp lip, or decreasing that angle between nose and philtrum, idk what its called.

when i had the upper palate pushed back from removal of teeth in upper arch, this is maybe what caused it?
