PSL / to match ratio on Tinder / Bumble?

So if a man is a 3 PSL below average, how many matches would you expect him to receive if anything.

4 PSL and so forth?

I keep hearing you need to be at least a 5 to pull any matches.

I am running a Tinder experiment out of Ireland using myself.
