I've concluded that easiest to digest carbs (raw orange juice, milk, sourdough bread, normal bread, sugar) are the only carbs that make me feel good, while complex carbs (grains, starch) make me feel bad. Do i just have shit digestive enzymes so im made to eat simple food? For example i have no problems with protein digestion from meat. I've found out that lots of meat with only a LITTLE carbs on the side (30-50g) works the best for me. Like lots of meat and maybe two small potatoes
