putting lenses everyday in your eyes could affect shape

I wore everyday lenses for a year and I believe with the corect method of pulling them in and out, you can change your eye shape.
I believe my eyes went from almond to hunter/slighty hunter.
anyone had a similar experience? or what would the best eye pulling method be?
