Question about dosing ?

want to start taking k2 m4 , calcium and omega 3 supplements but no idea about the dosages for bonesmashing can i take all three at one or spread throughout the day and ideal doses for a 18 yo ?

bone smashing is useless. Chewing is more effective. It actually grew my jaw an inch and ramus an inch as well.
 
k2 mk 4 - most common upper limit is 100 mcg, seek liquid forms of vitamins to put under your tongue, it's supposed to help with absorption by passing into the blood. But I've heard about retards taking 1000-4000 mcg and living. Jawlets will really poison themselves to get 1 inch of forward growth :lul:
calcium - supplements might be harmful and linked to heart disease. Milk or fortified milk alternative alone should give you 1000 mg per day (assuming a consumption of around 3 glasses). I think more than 2000 might be too much. Mind that you need vitamin d3 to actually use the calcium. Also keep eyes on calcium:magnesium ratio, a lot of people have high calcium and low magnesium and it causes problems. Overall no reason to supplement calcium, it's already supplemented in a lot of products.
Omega 3 - also better to get from food. A lot of fish pills are rancid (it's heat unstable). Literally tastes like shit. I suggest k2 after evening meal with fat (helps with absorption). Calcium not in a meal with lot of magnesium, they compete for absorption, omega 3 doesn't matter.
