@IwantToLooksMaxx can people recover from extraction with mewing? Or is the bone mass lost forever?

I got 11 teeth extracted. I used to have a short midface, but afer that my midface got longer and i lost some bone mass. My eyes are still fine though

John Mew said that extraction itself isn't that bad if you keep good posture. What really damages the face is extractions with orthodontics
