did you stunt your height by going to the gym in your teens or the opposite it made you grow
 
i grew about 2 inches while gymcelling and i was doing back squats, shitty form deadlifts and everything else that supposedly compresses your spine, the hormone improvements are much more powerful than any kind of physical force that could make you shorter, but ideally you wanna be doing primal training like sprints jumps throws etc and running and playing sports throughout youth thats best of both world and gives you mogger epigenetics and environmental adaptation for when you start lifting
