If you have puffy cheecks it might be due to genetics or you are just bloated? I think I have mid to low bf% (abs show up when flexing and have good definition). I eat a clean diet so what could be the issue? Trying to bulk rn so I wont actually try to leanmaxx until june 2025 so I wont be seeing results from that until then.
(75kg 180cm, will see how far I can push the bulk until I become fat maybe 80kg would be prime or 90kg would be just the max objective, idk how much time does a lean take place but I plan to have peak physique for summer 2025 until the end of the year)
I noticed I dont have wide lips and they barely pass the nostrils, I have braces rn so I will have to wait and see how my face changes, people have said it does change after braces for the better.
