Alright, I know I’ve posted a lot here, but I have a few important questions.
From what I understand, fat grafting probably wouldn’t work that well for me because my midface lacks structural support, so I’d need to address that first with infraorbital implants.
The problem is that I’ve heard infraorbital implants often don’t look very natural in real life. I’ve also heard that procedures like canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction repair, which are what I’m currently planning to get, have a high risk of relapse if the underlying bone support issue isn’t corrected. At this point, I’m feeling pretty lost. Has anyone been in a similar situation or have any advice on what the best approach might be for me?

It all depends on the implant you can get.

I think you're confusing canthoplasty and canthopexy After having a canthoplasty, I don't believe it can return to its original state.

And nobody can really recommend something to you just by imagination, it doesn't work you need to show your face.

Alright, I took multiple photos so you can see everything more clearly. I already have a surgery plan, but I'm still undecided about my eyes. If you were in my shoes, what would you do?

Yeah, you replied to one of my threads about a month ago and said that I could get a canthoplasty without implants. But would that actually look good in my case? I still have hollow, dark undereyes, which is one of my main concerns. Fat grafting doesn't seem like a great option either because of my midface recession. From what I've read, adding volume without structural support can lead to suboptimal results over time. As for implants, I'm really also skeptical. Most of the infral implant results I've seen either look unnatural or heavily filtered, and I honestly haven't come across many convincing, naturallooking outcomes. I'm just frustrated because it feels like every option has major drawbacks.

I mean, I haven’t even had any surgeries yet, so I haven’t really done anything. My first surgery(otoplasty) is in 4 days, and I’m glad that I’m finally taking a step toward making a change.
So what would you do for my eye area if you were in my position?
