Alright, I know I’ve posted a lot here, but I have a few important questions.
From what I understand, fat grafting probably wouldn’t work that well for me because my midface lacks structural support, so I’d need to address that first with infraorbital implants.
The problem is that I’ve heard infraorbital implants often don’t look very natural in real life. I’ve also heard that procedures like canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction repair, which are what I’m currently planning to get, have a high risk of relapse if the underlying bone support issue isn’t corrected. At this point, I’m feeling pretty lost. Has anyone been in a similar situation or have any advice on what the best approach might be for me?
