No i just searched up a no commentary play through of fire red but used my own pokemon build which was just putting all of the xp into a charizard and speed running the game. Did the same for emerald. I don't regret it though since I hate when games make you just go to random places to get progression and I don't have much connection to the franchise was just bored one day
