I have terrible skin genetics, my forehead is usually always oily if I don't consistently wash it or use benzyl peroxide.

I had a week i felt like shit i started eating a bunch of crap and my skin i got acne now i quit completely it's getting better instantly. Skinmaxxing is legit tbh. Skin glow/skin quality is underrated.
