1 month is not enough lol. You need at least 1 year to see a difference. And around 2-3 years to get a great physique, but only if you do it right and if you stick to it. I started in April 2016, but I was never consistent, so I never made much progress, I mastered the technique on all the exercises though and learned important stuff, but until I am consistent for 2-3 years, I will not have the physique that I want.

He doesn't look skinny fat with those big shoulders but he isn't lean either.
His main weak point is his chest, which is usually the case with men who have a very wide frame, because there is more room for the muscles to grow. However, with that frame, his back potential is amazing, he could build very large lats that would make him even wider.

Guys who have a big frame have more width but less thickness while guys who have a small frame have more thickness but less width.

And yeah I noticed that I have a lot more strength in back movements, ima focus on maxing that
