Lat pulldown 3 x 12
OHP 4 x 12
Lat DB raises 4 x 20
Tricep pushdowns 3 x 12
Barbell preacher curl 3 x 12
Hanging leg raises 3 x AMRAP.

It's bad because Gym Is bad. Models run or play other sports. You don't want to become a gymbro
