Id say 12+ is very rare, and call it god tier palate. Normal aka average is 8, most people I observe has 8. And 10 is wide or above average.

Then you got 6 as below average and 4 subhuman tier.
I'm not sure if 14 teeth is even possible. Julia Roberts has 12 and it looks like its maxxed out.

No idea I never had dental shit, and my palate is 10-12 from the front. I think dentists use expanders if you are narrow as fuck, I dont know if you can get expander to go from average and fine to above average.
