I think its just a 'mature hairline' i got this since a year ago and its pretty much the same since then. Nobody in the history of my family is bald. But for preventive messures, how to keep your hairline in check?

My current routine to keep things in check is:
- clean diet
- wooden hairbrush massage (bloodflow)
- red light therapy
- avoid harsh chemicals in products (SLS, Parabens, etc.)
- remove stress as much as possible

Not enough potential to be a true PSL 7. Your hairline looks fine to me, idk what the other guy was talking about. Don't worry about balding for now but come back if you notice your hairline receding at the sides.

Thanks for your opinion, but really no potentional? Im 6'1, in a southern europe where averege is 5'8. Im over 20% bodyfat, and only 18. In good lighting even with more then 20% body fat my cheeks are sunken a little on the sides. Who knows how much more if i go to 10%.

I'm not a fan of the PSL scale because it's not very clearly defined but what I know of it the scale only goes up to 8 and they consider Chico a 7.
I rated you as a normie 6 but if this is you at 20% BF I'd say you might be able to get up to a normie 7. You don't know what you actually look like until you get to about 10-12% bodyfat though.
