There is like approx 2cm under my current hairline some hairs growing after I put minoxidil for weeks. So hairline will get much lower than this in 4 to 5 months. I have patience.

Have I ascended? I am 2 weeks post op. My nose is still very swollen on the tip. I didn't get leaner tho. My leanness is still between 13 and 15 BF. I am very bloated and have edema on the nose. This is just an update. But u can see the philtrum now being a little bit larger and the new nose length is shorter it seems. Do I have more harmony now if u ignored the swelling? What would u rate me? I've also been very consistent with volufiline and minoxidil. My hairline is coming back slowly but surely, so minox is for sure helping. Also my beard is fuller cuz of minox. I ve been growing my hair out, been planning to grow it out more. Do I have chadlite potential now with my new refined nose? Let me know thanks. Rate side and front view pls. My next plan is to leanmax to 64kg or lower. But I can't exercise cuz of rhino so it's gonna take some time. Also my physique is deteriorating cuz of lack of exercise but I'll come back hard. Yes I am balding and I am not gonna take fin, cuz that ll give me gyno and I love my chest for how it is. I am gonna lose lots of gains cuz of this surgery but I am thinking long term. So I hope in about 6 months-9months I'll come back hard with better nose and more ripped body and leaner face making me atleast solid HTN. Also hairline would be lower cuz of minox.

The scars heal for most people until they’re barely noticeable. If not, skin grafts practically remove it. Either way if you’ve lost any hair around your temples, you should grow them back or get a transplant as that makes the forehead look bigger!

I don't thinks that's needed as my jaw flaws are for most part a short ramus. The bad gonions could easily be hidden with a long enough beard. I only did rhino cuz nose was biggest flaw and it is not invasive like other surgeries.

I would become atleast HTN smv wise with my body and frame. Maybe I'll lose the tier somewhere in my lifetime but that doesn't matter as I am not hoping to be atleast HTN when im 30 yrs old or something. Also my father started balding hard when he was 50 years or older when he was younger he had full head of hair. Didn't use any minox at all.

I think they just make sure the scar heals better and fades away. It’s what it sounds like. They add skin to the scar.

I came to the conclusion that bimax was more or less a pipedream and that I need more zygomatic support than I do lower third so I've opted out for implants + genio which I should about have enough for. Will post about if it happens.

Somewhat of a poorcel and I'm mostly going to apply never smile theory. I didn't want to waste another 2-3 years on both saving up for bimax and sitting in a waiting list for a good aesthetic-pilled surgeon, not to mention the period of time I'll need to have braces before the bimax happens + the long ass recovery period after you get bimax. I don't really have that much of my prime to waste as I still need to gymcel and I'd maybe like 1-2 years left to enjoy before I hit the wall. If I really wanted to later in life I can get bimax upon my genio.

Have similar recession to this guy and genio alone seemed to fix it. Also planning on visiting the same surgeon.

I have a few surgeons in mind for implants but I'll only go with them if they 100% go with what I ask for. I'm not letting anyone place the implants lowset and not laterally protruding as I need my facial width.
