15yo, 195cm/6'5
Recently lost a bunch of weight like 15kg/33lbs, mainly because of me going to the gym and eating normally. I used to weigh like 140kg/308lbs now I weigh 125kg/275lbs.

If yall have something to say that will improve me just comment.

Ltn too fat and you look like you are jutting lose weight and u get mtn easily

Yeah, I'm not really losing weight I meant fat, I'm losing body fat mostly and gaining muscle. Not really sure what mtn or ltn means.
