Since I can't post videos atm, I'm going to post my recent photos from different angles and with different hair. To note:
- I wear -15 (maybe more) lenses in my glass, couldn't adapt to contacts, and it does have a significant impact in my presentation;
- My teeth are crowded (not that much visible) because of my narrow face;
- I'm 19yo and 1.76m;
- Photos order are oldest to newest.

No. Crowded teeth are not natural to people with narrow faces.. They're caused by bad habits such as mouthbreathing which also results in a narrower face due to the crowded teeth. People with crowded teeth have very narrow palates which makes their face look narrow. So it's not way you said it.

As you can see your glasses make your eye area appear smaller and you perceive things smaller than they are because of glasses distortion. Look at your cheek line:
