What are you thinking of doing with the steak and onion rings? What recipe?

Steak in the freezer for 15-30 min sliced thin as possible. Start pan sear before this with olive oil and butter for sauteed onions and mushrooms, steak goes in after they are finished cooked for less than 4 minutes. Mix in a bit of Velveeta as soon as it's off the stove. \

The Oil for the frying was already ready as soon as I put the onions on, when I took out the cooled meat from the fridge and started cutting, I prefer the mozzarella sticks but I will do the same meal with the onion rings.

I so by the time the onions, mushrooms have cooked + the extra 3-4 minutes for the steak and my plate is prepped the mozzarella sticks/onion rings come out, served on one plate, there is marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks for the onion rings I do a deconstructed steak with sides as the onion rings have dipping sauce that is Pat Lafrieda steak sauce, MSRP $7/16oz.

As I eat my (light) cheddar cheesy steak with onions and mushrooms I get a taste of my onion rings with steak sauce so the steak and sauce ar ein my mouth combined with crispy and sauteed onions, mushrooms and some non fibrous carbs (the onion ring batter).
