Wouldn't say it bad, merely avarage. My arm has more mass but also the insersions and overall muscle aesthetics are better.

I should do that. Thing is, I'm still skinnyfat despite my delts, traps, and chest haven gotten larger. In medium, the upper body looks tight and the bottem still appears sort of baggy - so it hides my skinnyfat. In small, my skinnyfat is apparent

Delts = everything really just train them 2x a week atleast with small weights

Its not about mass at this point, ur delts are so underdeveloped that u will gain even in a defecit just train them.

Eye area is decent,
Everything else is subhuman but mostly nose.
If I get rhinoplasty I could probably become 5PSL. For now I’m stuck with looking like shit.
Maybe I can ascend to 4.3PSL without surgery if I put in hard work
