Get him on HGH or at least try to maximize it naturally

5'8 at 16, unless he's a late bloomer that's a bit late.

If u can't get HGH the bare minimum is Mk677

-Increase Vitamin k2 Mk4

-ZMA

-Vitamin D3 with calcium

-Eggs

-Broccoli

Get him doing H.I.T. workouts that will also help with HGH

-Avoid drinking or eating out of anything plastic that’s been in the sun

-Increase Vitamin D ideally by sun exposure

Now the most important thing is sleep, he needs at least 8 hrs of sleep daily

Try to get him to bed at 10 pm ideally, no later than 11:30. The body releases the most GH hormone from 12-2 so he needs to be sleeping then

Make sure he eats meals at least 2 hrs prior to sleep

Make sure he doesn't use technology at least 30 min b4 bed

Make sure he sleeps in a totally pitch dark room with as little light as possible
