This is what I eat every day:

Lunch: Frozen Pizza (+- 800 calories)
Dinner: Lean Steak (+- 300 calories for 200-300g)
In-between: Protein Bar (+-200 calories for 45g)
Chicken Breast (+-100 calories for 100g)

I'm not gaining or losing any weight cuz I drink about 6l of beer per week.
