Rate my workouts plan all with resistance bands

my full workouts plan, lunges, bridge, side legs raise, legs press, calf raises, plank, push ups, chest press, lats pulldown, bent over row, neck curls all with bands


I stack 2-3 resistance bands and workout to failure with each set for progressive overloads

Ahh ok, ngl I bought some resistance bands and I can’t imagine getting jacked just from lifting the bands and standing on them n shut
Stack them together and try it
