I trained hard and ate a lot when I first started, literally 4k calories and gained around 25lb 60% muscle and 40% because I ate like shit, then I just stayed at maintenance not really tracking but eating clean with a lot of protein and just leaned out while gaining muscle by itselfWhat do you mean by "recomped" a full on cut, a slight deficit, maintence? or just training hard and eating "healthy" without tracking

I do PPL, to honest I’ve been experimenting and that seems to be the best PPL x6 a week. I focused on getting stronger every week by tracking weight and reps and if I didn’t I took an extra day or two between the next time I hit that muscle group. So for example I’m either the same or weaker on my chest press on Monday, I won’t hit it again until like Friday, those rest days I usually still go just hitting abs or forearms, basically anything that seems to need a bit more work.Routine/program?
