shoulder to waist ratio, shoulder to hip ratio, waist to hip ratio, then last but not least head to shoulder ratio.


if you have a good frame your clavicles are wider than your hips, this isn't the case here, but you can still build a great body with it.

both are good, it's ultimately pointless to worry about it as you can't change it.

broad squared needs the least amount of muscle to look wide due to how horizontal the traps insert for them.

of course, and you don't just inherit it from your father, you also get a lot of it from your mother.

they might look better once they're more developed, avoid over-training your traps, and keep in mind most people don't care about symmetry, they think abs are abs.
