PSL 1.5 to 5.5ish for the look he is going for (K-pop pretty boy). Went from deformed Hunchback of Notre Dame tier that people would avoid on the streets to someone who could seriously be a fawned after K-Pop star with the right marketing. A whole new lease on life.

I don't know how much it would cost in developed countries, but in my shithole you can get it all for about 4-6k USD(I wouldn't go there tho)
