My lower eye area seems to be recessed as shown below. What is the best solution for this? Fillers, fat grafts or implants? This also makes it easy for me to get eye bags which can kill the eye area. Also does volufiline work or is that a cope ?

How did it go for you and what made you choose fat grafts over implants or fillers ? Also how do you know if this issue is caused my recessed orbital rims or just naturally lack of fat there ?

> custom under eye implants do not address the problem of dark circles, plus they cost 11k in my country
> fillers are ok but they are temporary and expensive
> fat graft is the best, I got it for 600 euros. The downside is that you have to get fat, overcorrect with the filling and remain fat for the following 2 months without drinking or smoking. (I even abstained from coffee to maximise survival of fat cells)

600 euros is a great price tbh. How was your result ? So fat grafts correct both the dark circles and the hollowness ?

fat graft is ideal. Btw op shave the stache, you'll look better

No recession. Focus on something else

Maybe it’s hard to see, but there is a bit of recession. It’s not crazy, but it’s noticeable

I see what you mean. I have exactly the same but def not a problem, the browridge/hooding are the most important. Still mogger eye area

The only issue with mine is that the leaner I get, the more noticeable it gets due to lack of fat.
