I see what you're saying, but to the extent that this is true, these were always flaws he had with his face. It's not like surgery exacerbated them in any way. Also, a horse face is less to do with your jaw and more to do with your midface. But yeah, the down-swung jaw is not a good look on him.

Have you seen his front? I haven't which is why I would assume he is HTN based off of HTN side profile. Also chicos side profile is still much more pleasant to look at than this guy's before Pic, he doesn't look deformed or anything, features look nice, just isn't super forward grown, similar side profile to Tristan Tate.
