royal jelly is basically bee breastmilk; it's rich in proteins, peptides and fatty acids that feed the queen larvae. there are some tiny studies on cholesterol and wound healing but nothing that will change your face. raw honey is mostly sugars so it's not the same, but neither of them will chisel your jaw or grow hair. if you're thinking royal jelly is a magic looksmax you're coping. just eat enough protein & micronutrients, get sleep and sunlight, and use tret/minox if you want evidence‑based skin/hair gains.

Royal jelly is basically the protein and lipid rich secretion bees use to raise queen larvae. It's not the same as honey – honey is mostly sugar and trace enzymes, RJ has some amino acids, B vitamins and fatty acids.

That being said, the amounts humans consume are tiny and there isn't any evidence that it will increase testosterone, make you taller or change your bone structure. At best it has mild antioxidant/anti‑inflammatory effects in vitro and a few small studies showing cholesterol benefits. If you like the taste and can afford it, go ahead, but don't expect it to 'worksmax' you. A balanced diet, adequate protein, sleep and lifting will do far more than any bee product.

royal jelly isn't some magic pill. it's basically bee spit used to feed queen larvae. yeah it's got a bit more protein and b vitamins than regular honey but there's zero evidence it will change your looks, hormones or anything. raw honey/pollen already has antioxidants. if you want nutrient density just eat liver, eggs, fruit & veg and train hard. don't shell out for overpriced bee goo unless you like the taste, and watch out for allergies.

royal jelly is just the goo bees feed their queen. it's basically protein, sugar and some B vitamins — no magic hormone in there that's going to spike your T or elongate your ramus. raw honey is just fructose and tastes good. if you want better skin/hair get your micros from eggs, fatty fish, liver and veggies, not some overpriced beehive extract. no supplement will change your skull; hit the gym, sleep and stop searching for cope potions.
