Ffs I ran 15 kilometers today because with only 10 km I don't feel any fatigue. Turns out even 15 kilometers are not enough.

But I need to keep my condition in check. How else am I supposed to train?
check your cortisol levels after runing maybe you are adapted to it, and dont produce to much cortisol while runing, i dont know but if you have high cortisol after running try to minimize it, also you can replace it with weight training.

Yeah I think I did raise my cortisol levels. I felt extremely tired and sleepy at home when I finished running 15 kilometers.
