What do you think, how difficult is it to get a job in the US police? I live in Russia and work in the police, but in Russia I would not want to live my whole life, because I want to live in a country where it is possible to live like a human being.

There may be some exceptions. But pretty much every Police department in the US would require you be a citizen to work in the police force. I would think this would be obvious to someone that was actually a cop.
