Hate to be the bringer of bad news. But salmon is poison especially farmed salmon.

The amount of toxins in this will destroy your body. They even did studies show rats gaining serious belly fat from it's toxicity.

I'm talking from experience, If you ever see it whole the heads will be green deformed and bleeding and the flesh pale. What you see In the shops has been coloured orange.

If you must eat salmon get wild caught salmon.
