Self performed Le Fort 3

Guys I think I know how you can perform a Le Fort 3 on yourself.

You need:
Painkillers
Circular saw
Super glue

So first take the painkillers so you don't feel anything, then take the saw and cut off everything in the Le Fort 3 area, advance 1-2cm and then glue it back on with the glue. In order to prevent nerve damage you gotta make sure to hold your maxilla tight so it doesn't fall down and rip apart the nerves.
