I'm trying to get into it, my friend gave me this

Upper day
1 set wide smith shoulder press
1 set any lateral raise variation
1 set any rear delt variation
1 set wide lat pulldowns
1 set cable close grip lat row
1 set wide grip row
2 sets incline smith bench
1 set tricep push down
1 set bicep curl

Lower day
2 sets any deep squatting pattern (leg press, hack/ pendulum squat)
1 set adductor machine
1 set leg extension
2 sets hamstring curls (laying or seated)
1 set calf raises on a leg press
(Optional) 1 set any ab movement

All taken to failure. No intensifiers (dropsets, supersets) heavy sets (4-8 reps) focus on progressive overload (adding weight or reps every session to every movement) DO NOT CHANGE EXERCISE SELECTION OR ORDER
