Short and narrow face problem

I have a high forehead and short midface.
I can wear a hairdo that covers the forehead, but then my face becomes childish in size.
I can wear a short hair, but then my forehead almost the same in size like my midface, it looks deformed.
How i can fix this? What can i try?
Also, from far away distance my face looks small.
My face height - 17.5-18 cm, my face width 11-12 cm.
Can i make my face (midface) more longer and wider?
I am 18 y.o, can i grow my skull/midface with IGF or HGH or Testosterone?

You could get a lefort 1 with cw rotation to increase midface length and a genioplasty to increase chin height.

honestly, your face is not a big problem as you don't have any big falios just sort out your skin first then start looking at surgery
plus Lefort is very evasive i doubt anyone will give it to you

You need a better chin and a longer lower third in order to balance your facial thirds. Your 1/3 is too big cuz of hairline. So cover it up.

Your 2/3 is ok I calculated a mid face of approximately one

Your 3/3 needs a bigger chin to offset ur philtrum

Op you need to do some serious softmaxxing first
