Should i get jaw implants?

Hello, sorry about the wall of pics, but i was thinking if jaw implants would give me enough improvement to make a difference in my life without looking like "plastic" or unnatural.

Tbh i'm deathly afraid of implants or putting anything thats not bone in my face, but i'm wondering if putting more width on my jaw and evening out the antegonal notches would be worth the risk.

Ps: the final pic was an accident, its how i wanted my jaw to look but i dont have enough eye width to pull that off, plus people would instantly be able to tell i had implants. Just ignore it lmao

I already had jaw surgery, i'm afraid thats no longer a possibility (le fort I)

How important is it to try fillers first? They're half the price of implants, so i was thinking of just doing implants using the morph i posted earlier. I'm not that sure anymore though, im afraid even the morph looks too uncanny.

The morph looks good. Not sure if fillers or an implant would work as your gonial angle is too high and your ramus isn't straight. You would need an extending implant or chin wing.

Thanks for the input - That would be jaw angle implants that cover my antegonal notch and give me lower angles.

Though i'm worried about extending the jaw width too much cause regular jaw flare isnt that proeminent
