If you've never fasted before you shouldn't do more than 3 or 4 days at once

is that even possible did you research it op? i also want to fast for prolonged periods like 2 weeks but idk the risks of doing so
yet i see people do it in eating disorder circles like it's nothing

If your purpose is preserving muscle and losing fat, I don't think you should do a prolonged fast.

Study shows that people raise their BF% after a 2 week fast. Cuz they also lose muscle along with fat.

I know fasting has other benefits I wont argue against it. I just think it makes no sense to do it in order to have a better body. Depends on your purpose I guess

Try doing OMAD(23:1 intermittent fast) and eat lots of protein in that window. You will keep your muscles and lose shit ton of fat. Ofc it wont be easy but more logical than water fasting imo

No losing over prolonged period like 6 months is better until then also gymcel so your smv will also rise after 6 months
 
if u live alone you can do any diet, carnivore potato only vegan fruitarian anything you want,

half of appeal of fasting is that it’s easier to not eat anything than eat a balanced and planned diet when ppl are trying to feed u donuts

id do a psmf with eating 800 calories of protein powder or very lean meat over fast to maintaine muscle
