Dimorphism is expected at any height. If anything the expectation to be dimorphic is higher when you're manlet since you have to compensate for your height with a masculine face. Taller guys can probably get away with a little less dimorphism than shorter guys. My problem is that I can't grow a beard to cover my lower third but the rest of my face isn't necessarily feminine.
