Think about it, a human need is shelter. So people owning 5 properties making money for doing basically nothing, making 6000$ a month is surely immoral?

Before building huge districts of apartment buildings, the communists put them first in ordinary houses confiscated from people who owned more than one, or whose houses were considered too big and were forced to share their house with others who didn't have one - imagine having a house with three rooms and the communist bring two extra families of homeless bums or gypsies to live with you, because one room is more enough for you. Anyway, the gypsies quickly dismantled the houses, sold the construction materials and then ran away, many historical buildings were destroyed this way by trying to forcibly civilize those who can't be civilized.

No one actually wants to rent. That's why it's retarded that it's even legal. Most people who rent only do it because they make only enough money to afford rent in the short term but don't make enough to be able to get a mortgage for the long term. The only people who actually rent and want to are rich people which are a minority and it's just unnecessary
