I mean usually it's 600mg and a gram is exceptionally rare but I hear you bro, I'll lower the dose1g is jester work. Not only does it far exceed caffeine benefits, but it raises your blood pressure and heart rate to the moon.
Especially if you take other supplements on top of it you can get completely FUCKED.

Lower the dose. If you want to have caffeine benefits and keep your health. Cap it to 300-400 mg. There is literally no reason to go higher then that.
