Side is cope. For frontal projection a wide jaw, big chin and wide zygos are more important. If you have those you’ll look good from front even if you might look recessed from profile

I clenched for 4 years now my jaw asymmetric af and tmj ridden, teeth cave in etc

I don't have any of that tbh. My jaw is wider and squarer than before, even relaxed. Teeth are pretty much straight and have no pain rn.
