What i find based on observation is that it is not uncommon to see a guy with a skull the same or smaller than the female. However in 95% of those cases where its smaller, the male is taller, likewise for most cases with same size skull they are at leased same height, I have seen some males the same height as female with smaller skull but its rare. Most males have larger skulls though so there are many confounding variables in analyzing this via observation.

Note: this comes from males with average looks. I dont see many couples where the guy is solidly goodlooking.
