Not sure, but at first I forgot to mention the environmental factor. Edited it in now. Probably plays a bigger part in it than the Euro admixture.

I have never seen any good studies or papers on this but one trait which I think is really common is the difference in size, and muscle mass. West africans are usually from 5’7 to 5’9 average height but the average black man in america is usually around 5’10 and has much larger muscles, even without weight training. I would imagine also the immunity or ability to fight many diseases/viruses that arent in africa would be selected for. The africans that could handle european and american bacteria and all the diseases and problems caused by it probably lived much longer.

I believe slavery didn't last long enough on murica to produce significant differences between african-muricans and regular africans
It may be that african-muricans are taller/stronger and have Higher IQ but that would be probably because of better education and nutrition.
