My biggest problem is how emotional I am.
Might be because of jew drugs, but i’m also genuinely that way.
Now i’m starting to become aware of my behavior and how I react to things, the smallest things make my heart beat rise and stress me out and make me anxious.
Even when nothing happens, my mind starts wondering and I imagine bad stuff happening and I get anxious.
I will start meditating to kinda get control of my thoughts and emotions and try to slow them down. Even keeping my self occupied helps, but I can’t always run away from my problems with work and random stuff.
I need to face the problem, and overcome it.
Just like i’m trying to do rn.
