Under 80kgs now after the acid reflux was fixed but no more of this shit, how long for the lungs to get back to normal? I have smoked a 10 pack a day for a month on average.

Quitting is okay for me, I think I don't get addicted. For me it was mainly to lose weight and before that because I wanted to enjoy my trip
