Social skill deficiency

So I looksmaxxed and ascended. I got this French girl from Erasmus which invites me to a BBQ. She gives off signs that she wants to get to know me.
I arrive at the bbq, we talk. She even messaged me where I am.
I, can't really think of something to talk about with her. I hold a low value simple conversation about how she likes it here.
Eventually it's time to go. She shows she wants something else after the goodbye hug, yet there isn't enough build-up tension to do anything.

I go home and think about this.
I worked 40 hours last 3 days (10 on this day and slept 5 hours yesterday)(she knows it btw) which affected my energy levels. I couldnt establish an emotional connection. I tried to talk with some people but it didnt go anywhere.
At least I didnt stay with 1 person whole night cus that's annoying and shows low NT. I tried to strike up conversations with new people though.

The problem is:
You have a girl who likes you,
You know it
You can't escalate or progress it (because of no topics or cant think up any way)

It makes you feel impotent. I feel stupid and incompetent. I know it's a matter of what Im capable of instead of will but still.

She's here for 1 week(of the 6 months). Im thinking about going to visit the city's biggest tower with her like I mentioned.

She actually looks like a HTB. For me 8/10.

Any tips? I tried my best but things don't always go perfectly and I want to get the most out of this cus she moves anyway in 1 week.

You're right. I saw she wanted a kiss after the hug but there wasn't enough buildup so it felt a bit misplaced. Maybe I should just escalate nonetheless
